We can move your home anywhere!
Contact us to schedule an assessment of your new and current site. We will then schedule a date to move the mobile home and obtain all the necessary permits. J&S Mobile Homes can have you relocated and living in your new site in as little as one week!
Our relocation services include leveling, blocking, tie-downs, plumbing, electric, A/C, skirting, customized steps, roof work (metal or shingle), exterior siding, and land clearing.
Additional services include site preparation, well, septic, power, and customized decks.
Anchoring and Hurricane Prep
Whether you are seeking insurance, a home loan, or ensuring your home is securely anchored before the next hurricane, J&S Homes can help you meet the state’s tie-down requirements. We will inspect your home’s tie-downs, anchoring, and replace or install additional tie-downs. All anchoring is performed in accordance with the specifications provided in FLHSMV specifications Rule Chapter 15C-1 and FHA requirements.
We also provide FREE tie-down and anchoring inspections.
Home Inspections
